“As a videographer for over 10 years I have worked alongside more photographers than I can remember. I've seen photographers who have lost complete control of the guests and timings of the day and witnessed brides being totally uncomfortable with what the photographer is asking them to do. I've even had to provide couples with still images from my video because the official photographs have been so poor.
Whenever a bride asks me about a photographer I will immediately recommend Kam. Why? Because he's experienced, fast, efficient, knows exactly what to do in difficult situations, reliable, always does such a good job and most important for me, he is incredibly easy to work with.
On a wedding day my job is to capture the unique and magical moments on film enabling the bride and groom to rewind and relive again and again. I adopt a very natural and discreet approach on the wedding day so that both bride, groom and guests are at ease and can enjoy the celebrations in a natural and relaxed environment. Kam helps to make the day run smoothly and efficiently allowing me to capture the day in an unobtrusive fashion I need to work quickly and rely on having a good working relationship with the photographer, so I always hope that the bride and groom have booked someone who will allow me time to do the things that I need to do.
Both Kam and I know that we are not working for ourselves on the wedding day but for the bride and groom. This may sound obvious but believe me it's not. Far too many photographers forget that they are there for the bride and groom.
