Your visits to us

Your first visit is an opportunity for you to discuss initial thoughts about your day and any ideas you may have. We’ll show you our product range, samples of our work and provide you with details of the packages available to you.

On your wedding day you may prefer a formal style of photography, a very relaxed and informal coverage (without knowing we are there), or possibly a combination of both formal and informal images. Like many couples you may have absolutely no idea at all, other than that you know you want great photos.

Whatever your preferences this meeting will be an opportunity for us to listen to any thoughts you may have.

Your parents are more than welcome to attend so that you can all see the range of albums, books, frames, DVD’s etc. which will give you plenty to think about.

There is no obligation to book, we will explain everything to you.

We’ll go through exactly what you would need to do to confirm a booking, but we will not expect a decision from you or even ask you for one at this meeting. You will be given an information pack to take with you, and after that the decision is yours to see if we are right for you.

It’s relaxed, informal and friendly.

Pre-Wedding Meeting
If you have confirmed a booking with us you can come and see us as many times as you wish before the wedding. Many couples like to bring parents, or simply want to have a look at the product range again.

We hold a pre-wedding meeting usually 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding day which is essential for the bride and groom to attend. At this meeting we will run through timings of the day and give you our advice and tips on times you could work to (eg hairdessers/make up/arrival times).

We’ll plan the day with you so that we know we have enough time to do what we need to do, but so that it also fits in sensibly with your schedule and thoughts.

At this meeting we will also book in a date for you to come in after the wedding to collect your wedding previews, and ask you if you would like your images put on-line for guests to view and purchase.

Once again this meeting is relaxed and informal and most couples from previous years have told us how this meeting was probably the most useful one they had with any wedding supplier, and that they left the meeting feeling assured and excited.

Collecting your preview images
Approximately 2 weeks after your wedding you will come in to collect your wedding previews. At this meeting you will usually view your images as a short DVD slideshow, go through your images on line (if required), and we’ll explain reprint prices and ordering process.




Additional meetings
Further meetings include bringing your orders back to us, choosing your final album, book, frames and any other products if required. We may ask you to come in again to have a look at album or frame layouts (although these are usually put online for you to view).


Finally there is your visit to collect your completed order.
